How to buy — step by step

Buying a machine from Comagril SA - Comagrilsa Maquinaria is simple and secure. This is the exact process:

1. Choose your machine — browse the Inventory and open the machine page. Every listing shows real photos, engine hours and full specifications.
2. Contact us — via the form on the machine page, by phone or on WhatsApp. Our export agent answers all your questions and can send extra photos or videos.
3. Reservation & contract — we generate your purchase agreement automatically with your details and the machine photo. You receive a Transaction ID.
4. Earnest deposit — a 10% deposit reserves the machine exclusively for you. The deposit is fully refundable if the machine does not pass your inspection.
5. Track everything online — with your Transaction ID you follow the progress in the Customer Area: contract, payment confirmation and transport status, in your language.
6. Delivery — our transport partner brings the machine to your address. You inspect it on arrival; only then the purchase is completed.

Guarantee: if the machine is not as described, we refund the earnest deposit the same day.
